Genesislab will hold the second HR AI FORUM (HAF) on February 24, 2023 at 2:00 PM at the Seoul Chamber of Commerce and Industry International Conference Hall. The forum theme is “Converting the Double-Edged Sword: Turning AI into an HR Opportunity.” The discussion will focus on how companies can apply AI to recruitment and personnel management, and how to address risks that arise in the process.

During the forum, Genesislab will present its AI talent selection and performance prediction technologies, and explain approaches to ensure fairness and reliability in AI video interviews. Korea Electric Power Corporation will share case studies on data-driven HR operations.

Attendance is free and available both in-person and through online streaming.
