ViewinterHR, Genesislab’s AI video interview solution, has received top-grade Good Software Certification (GS Certification). GS Certification is awarded to software that has passed quality review by state-approved testing institutions, and products achieving the top grade automatically qualify for preferential procurement by public organizations.

ViewinterHR analyzes interviews using an AI algorithm trained on interviewer judgment standards. On the soft skills dimension, it evaluates non-verbal behaviors of candidates; on the behavioral event interview (BEI) dimension, it examines response content against approximately 30 competency-based behavioral indicators.

Yuk Keun-sik, director of HR business operations at Genesislab, explained that as a solution for evaluating people, the company has prioritized ensuring fairness, validity, and transparency. ViewinterHR is currently used by more than 150 companies and organizations, including Hyundai Motor Company, LG U+, and the military branches.
